TUBULAR WIRE MESH RUST 6MM - BY YARD Tubular mesh ribbon woven with very fine wires of brass, copper and/or aluminum and bonded with an enamel coating to create a variety of colors. This unique tubular wire mesh ribbon is nickel-free,waterproof and heat resistant so it can be baked directly into polymer clay and used in other low heat projects (under 265 degrees). Hints Support the weight of a pendant by inserting wire or thread with a large metal yarn needle or similar (about 1 1/2" with blunt end and large eye hole). To thread through beads, roll tip tightly and dap a tiny bit of hypo-cement on the tip just to keep the ends together. As with any bead, hole sizes can vary so if you can't get the tubular wire through a bead hole then try a larger bead If threading through glass or handmade beads be sure to ream out the bead to remove any rough edges that will snag or tear the tubular wire. Insert a lightweight or small bead inside . We do not recommend "stuffing"tubular wire as it may not hold the beads in and can herniate the causing a tear or the beads to fall out. I have stuffed a small amount for a necklace for a gourd doll, even through not recommended.
